This mission started from the impossible and from the scepticism of others, but I do it anyway. Nothing to lose, and all my intention is just helping and doing what I can do, what I have to. As simple as that. 😊
Ah, my name is Bernaded, just call me Be, it is simpler and everyone calls me that. You can also visit my profile on Facebook and Google Maps under the same name, BERNADED CRAILL. For years I have run sterilisation and vaccination programs out of my own house in Tabanan, Bali. Some of it subsidised, much of it free, all of it paid from my own pocket 🐾. I also do street feeding sometimes, and some small donations. And I realised that what I do will not keep up, especially from my own pocket, where I also have to support my family, my feeding, my 16 adopted fur babies, donations, free sterilisation, and more. Until now I never asked anyone for help. I did it because I could not walk past a dog and pretend I had not seen the torture, the sorrow, the sadness, and the reality that hits the strays, especially in Bali.
Sixteen dogs live with me now.
There were 23. Seven of them passed away from sickness or were poisoned.
Every one of them came from a dumpster, a roadside, a house that no longer wanted them, or worse. All of them are sterilised. I would take in every stray on this island if I could, but my current situation is that I cannot, and that is a thing I have had to make peace with. So instead I go to the places nobody else will go, and I help the dogs nobody else is counting.
This is a lifetime project, a voice for the voiceless. To help more, I have to do more within my limitations, doing the best I can. For this, I humbly ask for help. Any kind of help matters, even just visiting and sharing this.🙏

⚠️ Ground Reality Update:
Finding veterinarians willing to travel to remote areas is genuinely difficult. When our mobile vet cannot reach a village, we pivot to a more expensive local clinic or absorb the higher transport cost ourselves. Because of this, the cost-per-dog baseline may shift from time to time. Every receipt is posted directly to our private donor group, so you always see exactly where the money went.

Every rupiah is recorded here and reported to the donor group. The goal is set at the baseline rate of Rp 500,000 per dog. Dogs over 10 kg cost Rp 650,000, so the final total shifts with the actual dogs we reach. Each dog is funded individually, and every difference is recorded.
No donation goes to my own dogs. All sixteen of them are already sterilised, and I pay for their vaccinations, deworming, and flea treatment myself. Every rupiah donated here goes to street dogs and community dogs that are not mine. The money is for the dogs no one is paying for.
